I have a holistic approach to treating patients. I believe that more personalized care, including, improved nutrition, exercise and positive attitudes can lead to better health and vitality. I take an active role in educating my patients and their families on wellness and preventive care in order to help make a meaningful difference in their lives. As a family medicine doctor, I believe that personal lifestyle changes can help impact your overall quality of life.

I have been a primary care doctor for over 30 years in Exton, PA, serving the surrounding areas in Chester County. I am an attending physician at Main Line Health and have affiliations with Penn Medicine. My smaller MDVIP-affiliated practice provides me with more time to develop close relationships with my patients with unhurried visits. Being your personal doctor, we can work as a team to help formulate a wellness plan that can help you achieve your health goals. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advance health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. I went to this practice for chiropractic care with Sharon Barone. Most days I would wait in a room face down for nearly 20-30 minutes every time with a new assistant asking me the same questions every time. I have not been there in nearly two years and they send me a bill through a collection agency. Their office staff is so disorganized. This is a pure nickel and dime operation seeking money not providing service. And no the chiropractic care did not help my body.

I wish to give 0 star. I have been this practice for more than 2 year with a complain of stomach pain. Did 100+ tests but he did not find anything or recommend other specialist other than chiropractic . One day I was struggling with stomach pain went to ER where I was referred to consult Gastroenterologist after doing few test she figured out I have H-Pylori bacteria it is causing pain and acid reflux in stomach for these many days. I undergone treatment and feeling good now. I wasted my money as well as time going to this practice. They do test but don’t upload in portal if we reach out also they don’t respond.
I was struggling with pain and making rounds to this practice receptionists are calling to have annual check up 😔

My mother who has severe scoliosis was a patient of Dr.Baron’s for 30 + years. Unfortunately for my mother Dr. Baron was not aware apparently that telling her to take 16 Advil a day for 20+ years to control her back pain would eventually lead to complete Renal Failure. When he finally noticed her kidney function declining he sent her to a nephrologist who told her she should have been on Oxy all these years instead of Advil and that is why her Kidneys no longer work. Now at almost 79 years of age her quality of life is awful and she says almost daily that she wishes she didn’t blindly follow his instructions for so many years thinking he knew what he was doing and she trusted him.

I have been going to Dr. Barone for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Barone truly cares about his patients and is professional, thorough and personable. Most importantly, he really listens and doesn't just throw medications at you without mutual discussion and explanation. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and I love all his staff members!!

Dr. Barone has been the only physician to discover that the reason I suffered from repeated sinus and upper respiratory infections was due to a major deficiency in vitamin D. All the other doctors I had seen shrugged and said they had no idea why I was getting sick so often. He is the only one who tested me for a Vitamin D deficiency. He also sent me to a gastroenterologist when I was suffering from what other doctors diagnosed as IBS. If it hadn't been for him, I would not have known I had a pre-cancerous polyp. I am grateful for his careful attention to his patient's well being!

Wow, this place is wonderful! I had an appointment early on a Thursday, and I was taken in to see the PA almost immediately. I met with Jeanette Buczacki, and I have to say, I have never had a provider that I’ve liked more. She treated me like a human being, she was funny, she truly listened to everything I had to say and seemed to really care about me. She suggested a change in medication and it seems to be working wonders so far! I am so happy to have Jeanette as my physician!

The worst doctor I have ever seen... He has insulted me, he never finds the time to make referrals, and he has yet to actually give me an examination.. And to top this review off, when I called for my referrals today for the 5th time, the equally rude nurse told me that Dr Paul didn't want to see me again. That's right folks, HE didn't want to see ME again. I have reported this FAKE doctor to the AMA and Healthgrades. I also reported his twisted behavior to my Medicare insurance this morning and have filed a grievance resulting in the insurers attorneys contacting him about his outrageous attitude.
Stay away from this QUACK...

The assistant leaves a voicemail telling me to come in for a follow-up appointment that to schedule a required surgery to remove a major organ based on test results. I come in for the appointment and the doctor had no idea why the assistant would tell me that. That is just the tip of the ice berg. I was sent to labs that were closed and to top it off, the staff is rude, incompetent, and dishonest. Clearly he is still taking new patients because he is in it solely to make a buck. Do not put your trust and health in the hands of this horrible practice.

I have been seeing Dr. B. since I was 17 - well before he started this practice. I have dealt with a myriad of health issues, the most prevalent being Chronic Lyme's Disease and Hereditary Hemochromatosis. At the present age of 42, I wouldn't trust my life and/or wellbeing to anyone else. His bedside manner and sense of humor could not be any more phenomenal. Cheers to him and his entire staff!!

I’ve been dealing with continual neurological issues due to a unique migraine I experienced in June of 2023. After technically seeing two doctors (one of which politely dismissed me) and going to the ER, I switched to Dr. Barone as my new PCP, per the recommendation of a friend. Now I’ve only had one consultation/visit but thus far, Dr. Barone and his staff have already been far more caring and professional— and attentive, might I add than anything else I’ve dealt with since June of 2023. This team alone has come up with more of a plan for me in less than 2 hours than what another practice, 2 specialist centers and an ER didn’t want to do in almost 2 years. And while everyone has their own unique experiences, for me, as someone who has felt utterly defeated and hopeless medically-speaking at times in the last 18 months, Dr. Barone and his staff are the first ones to offer some kind of hope.
