Dr. Rayner has made an incredible difference in my life. His attention to detail and follow-up are exemplary in meeting the medical needs of his clients/patients, on a regular basis. I went to Dr Rayner previous to him joining MDVIP. It was suggested by a friend of mine to see him. I have followed him to MDVIP because of his professionalism and manner about him.
