As an Ascension Medical Group doctor, I provide compassionate, personalized primary care. My desire is to partner with you with one thing in mind – to support you as you work to better your health. As a primary care physician, I have more time to develop closer relationships with my patients. Being your personal doctor, we can work together as a team and formulate a wellness plan that can help you pursue achieving your health goals. I believe there are no shortcuts to being healthier and no simple formulas or “one-size-fits-all” approaches when it comes to the well-being of my patients. My primary care practice is focused on you and how we can help you make a happier, healthier future your reality.

With over 30 years of practicing in the Waco, TX, community, and having trained with many of the local specialists who are still here, I also have relationships to resources to help you with your unique needs. I may be your family medicine doctor, but I also have special interests in cardiovascular health, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, lung disease, liver disease, kidney disease and preventive medicine. And my practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

I see patients from all of Central Texas, including Waco, Bellmead, Robinson, Lorena, McGregor, Hewitt, Woodway, China Spring, Marlin, West and far beyond. I am affiliated with Ascension Providence Hospital. I am an affiliate faculty member at Baylor University’s Hillis Scholars Program. I am past president of the McLennan County Medical Society, and I have been voted best family doctor in Waco a number of times. I am active at St. Philip Catholic Church, and I have also been named the Pillar of Character for Trustworthiness by Northside Independent School District, the fourth largest public school district in the state, in San Antonio, Texas, for 2021-2022. (It’s also the home of my alma mater, John Marshall High School.)
