I have been with Dr. Griffith for many years and will not change . He is extremely intelligent, kind , pays attention to his patient"s concerns , caring and the most pleasant person to talk to . He also has the best sense of humor and a wonderful disposition.
In the last year , I have lost 20 lbs [ 220 to 200 on a 6'2' frame ] and started lifting weights again. I am more active walking 11,000 steps/day VS less than 4000.
