MDVIP’s annual fee covers the Wellness Program and generally can be made in quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments.
Expect comprehensive screenings and tests and a custom wellness plan designed for you.
97% of MDVIP members are satisfied with their relationship (vs 58% in traditional PCP).
See Dr. Suchecki quickly and take your time during each appointment.
Reach Dr. Suchecki by phone after-hours and on weekends.
MDVIP practices are smaller than most primary care practices, which means your doctor has more time to help you.
See Dr. Suchecki when you go to the office — not someone else like a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
If you need urgent care while traveling, your physician can help arrange your care with a local hospital, pharmacy or doctor.
For patients who need care beyond what is available locally, MDVIP can connect your doctor with specialists at some of the country’s leading medical institutions
Members have better control of chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and hypertension.
Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
MDVIP’s annual fee covers the Wellness Program and generally can be made in quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments.
Dr. Suchecki is a very good doctor and friend. He is very knowledgeable and always has my back. I feel comfortable to discuss any issues that I may have. He takes time with me and answers my questions.
He is a family man and I admire him for loving and caring for them. He works us all into his busy schedule!❤️
In October 2023 my dentist prescribed amoxicillin for an infection after a bone craft. The amoxicillin gave me a rash and early November I saw a PA at the dermatologist who told me it was possibly poison ivy. I went to see Dr. Suchecki a week later due to the rash spreading and blistering. He immediately texted and send pictures to the Dermatologist and the two doctors were almost sure it was Bullous Pemphigoid caused by an amoxicillin rash and prescribed a high dose of steroids. This auto immune disorder got worse over the next several weeks and when I went to see Dr. Suchecki a week before Christmas with an itchy rash and blisters over my whole upper back and legs. Doctor Suchecki was able to get me an appointment with an Immunoligist a few days later, just before Christmas. The Immunoligist prescribed Methrotrexate and I was able to ask Dr. Suchecki advise over the Holiday weekend about this drug, the steroids and other questions I had. Dr. Suchecki and his staff have been very helpful and always available as I deal with Bullous Pemphigoid which takes a long time to recover from and needs to be monitored due to the specific drugs. If I did not have a MDVIP doctor I am sure things would not have moved as quickly and the suffering would have been prolonged. Myself and my husband have been MDVIP patients from he day Dr. Suchecki joined and we are extremely happy with the care we receive.
Our family doctor, Dr. Slade Suchecki, is an amazing young man who sees to the good health of my wife and I. First of all, we need more than 5 stars in order to give him a proper rating. The time and interest he gives both of us in person and on FaceTime appointments, is far superior to normal expectations from the medical community these days. There are many moments and stories I could refer to. Here is one I will never forget. My wife and I were in a restaurant, enjoying dinner with friends. I went to the restroom, and suddenly, for no known reason, passed out. My wife and friends helped me home. We called Dr. Suchecki and after having a discussion decided I should go to the emergency room. Dr. Suchecki‘s request was that I should have the ER doctor call him upon making his diagnosis. After numerous test were run and the ER doctor had made his decision, I asked if he would call Dr. Suchecki. It was 12:30 at night. The ER doctor politely refused to call him at that hour. I texted Dr. Suchecki and asked if I should call him. His response was that he had been waiting for our call. I put him on the line with the ER doctor who had a detailed conversation with Dr. Suchecki as they discussed my issue. By the time we finished the phone call, it was close to 1 AM. I can’t imagine in this day and time, expecting any doctor to offer that kind of interest, concern, and availability to his patients. As I stated, I could give many more testimonials in which Dr. Suchecki has shown keen interest in my wife’s medical concerns and mine. We appreciate him very much as our doctor and our friend. We are certain that Dr. Suchecki and his staff are the right people to give our trust as it comes to our health.
Dr. Slade Suchecki is the best most kind doctor. He is an excellent listener and lets his patients talk while he listens. We are so blessed that Dr. Suchecki chooses to practice medicine in this area.
Thank you Dr. Suchecki for all you do to be such a dedicated doctor.
