Always a great experience, with caring and compassionate staff, Dr. Phelan is personable and respectful and explains things to his patients. Also accommodating to anyone with a busy schedule by keeping good timing for the visit.

Dr Phelan and his staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable ,caring and efficient. They are always there for you for whatever reason you may have. I cannot imagine any medical office giving better care than is offered at Dr Phelans. It is the best ! I highly recommend them

Dr. Phelan and Melissa responded to my phone request for diagnosis and treatment within approximately 15 minutes on 1/24/2023. Dr. Phelan had left his office for the day and the office was ready to close when I placed the phone call. This is the method of practicing medicine that I grew up with in the 1950’s!

My experience at my office visit was excellent! Roxanne knows her job well and is excellent at it. And my doctor, Dr. Pelan is the best there is for a family doctor. I would go nowhere else!

Very down to earth, friendly. Dr Phelan takes his time with you, will address any concerns. I enjoy just talking with him. Wouldn’t want another family Dr/Mdvip.

Dr. Phelan and his team are amazing. I genuinely feel like I'm not a dollar sign to him or the office which is a great feeling, but add on top of that, he's very genuine, and I have never left his office feeling written off.

We have been using Doctor Plehlan since we moved to Pennsylvania 6 years ago. The office is very friendly and is very knowledgeable. Doctor Phelan is the best. He talks with you in words that you can understand. We are very thankful to have found him.

The ladies at the front office are always friendly, and they treat you with respect. They will do their best to get you in to see Dr Phelan ASAP. Dr Phelan is professional but also down to earth. He gets straight to the point.. he knows what he's talking abt and he's so easy to talk too. Been a patient there for years and I will not go to anyone else. I thank everyone there for all they've done for me over the years.

Dr. Phelan and his staff are down to earth and very good at what they do. I don’t feel intimidated by going to the Dr. I know they will treat me like a valued patient and I feel fully heard when I discuss things with my doctor. I trust him with important heath decisions.

Dr. Phelan and his staff are like family. He was there when I was having a life crisis; I was able to see him within hours of my call. He takes time to listen and answer questions. Dr. Phelan "tells it like it is" - I like that! I need to know what the problem is so I can "deal". God bless ya'll!!!

My wife and I both enrolled in Webmd with Dr. William Phelan who has been our primary care physician for 30+ years, caring for our entire family. My wife developed endometrial cancer in late 2019 and underwent several surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and a myriad of infusions. In late 2022 her cancer came back with a vengeance and she went through the same treatments, plus. My beef with the medical community is that specialists work in their own "silo" and don't coordinate their individual prescriptions with other specialists, simply telling you to "consult with your primary"....as if the primary is some kind of a wizard. Dr. Phelan apparently is a wizard, and he came to our home and sorted out my wife's boatload of prescriptions, recommending that duplicates and interacting meds be challenged, which we did, eliminating many. My wife of 46 years passed away on March 31, 2023. In the process, we were presented with a host of "hospitalists" who knew absolutely nothing about her condition. Some of them did not even know her name.
Now, It is reassuring that I have a doctor who knows me, cares about me, responds to me, and has the time to meet with and counsel me when I need him. In my opinion, Wedmd should be the future of medicine. Funny though, it reminds me of primary care as it was practiced in the 1950's when our family doctor came to our home when I had the measles.

Have NEVER had to call the on-call doc. Needed to this am at 7:45 to hear "I'm sorry, the person you are trying to reach does not have a mailbox that is set up. Try your call again later. " yeesh

I really enjoy going to Dr Phelan and especially now that he has more time to spend with you when you have questions about your health.

Been a patient of Dr. Phelans for over 6 years, sorry but I would not trust another doctor with my conditions. It is nice to talk to a doctor and staff, that actually explains things to you. I would recommend his practice to everyone.

Great Place. I’ve been going there for awhile now and all the staff are super friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also have referred others.

We are blessed to have such an awesome family doctor. Doc and his staff are down to earth , kind, good people who don't think twice to go the extra mile. Doctor Phelan is not only very knowledgeable but also has common sense and a caring bedside manner. His staff are always kind and very helpful. They seem to be a close knit happy team. Glad we are in their care!
