My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Fitness!!! My definition of fitness is balance in physical, emotional and spiritual health. I practice my fitness by exercising plenty, eating well, playing with my family and friends and devoting time to several nonprofits I care about. I believe we all can be the "captain of our own ships" and I want to help my patients to become their own ship captains.

Dr Ahn,

As an old school person, my standards are different than some of your younger patients. I appreciate that you make the extra effort to care for your patients. You told me that you still make home visits to some of your patients. That is old school and special. You are easy to like. You are easy to trust. I am glad that you are my Doctor. Stay healthy.

I met Dr Ahn by default. I was another doctors patient. I went to him with an embarrassing (to me) medical problem. My Dr was busy so he passed me to Dr Ahn. A female Dr for my problem? No way. After making me feel comfortable she took of my problem. I immediately realised what a great and caring Dr she was How can you change doctors that work in the same office? He moved to another state.… See more

It was a great day-the day Dr. Ahn became my doctor. I am a pretty bad patient, as far as patients go- I really struggle to go to any doctor. She is my doctor across the miles for about 5-6 months out of the year as I live in two states-Utah and New York- and kudos to her for being willing to work with that arrangement.

I enjoy good health for the most part and my health has always… See more
