Yes. After receiving your Annual Wellness Services, your membership fee may be reimbursable through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Your physician can provide a statement of services for reimbursement submission. Note: You cannot pay the fee directly with an FSA debit or credit card.
No. You can typically choose to pay quarterly, semi-annually, or annually using a credit card or check. Automatic electronic debit payments from your checking or savings account are also available.

1) Go to Express Pay (www.mdvip.com/pay) to make a one-time payment online. It's secure, easy to use and no need to login.
2) Login to the MDVIP Connect website (visit login.mdvip.com). Then click on Manage Payments. And follow the directions from there.
3) Download the MDVIP Connect App for iPhone or Android. Then click on Settings and then Payment Methods.
4) Call Member Services at 1.866.696.3847.
