Due to MDVIP I get slightly better access to my long time doctor.
My husband and I first saw Dr. Crawford as our primary care physician over 30 years ago. He has always been consistent in providing the same extraordinary care. The only difference is now with the MDVIP program, which handles some overhead functions and provides additional medical plans/information; he is able to spend even more time with us.
Appreciate doctor's responsiveness to an urgent medical concern.
As I spend the winter months in Florida being able to contact Dr. Bates has been very helpful not only in solving a problem but also giving me peace of mind. Ive emailed him a number of times and always get a quick response.
Dr. Wang is an exceptional doctor! I have been going to her for many years and I followed her when she changed over her practice to mdvip. She is one of the most caring doctors I have ever known; she has a very calm demeanor and her medical advice has always been outstanding. Recently I had an emergency appendectomy and as soon as Dr. Wang received word about it she phoned twice to convey her support and inquired if I needed anything. Dr. Pam Wang is definitely a keeper!!!

It is good to have a Doctor that knows you and your health history and can be of assistance to you when it isn't convenient. I had one of those instances a few months back, and Dr. Crupie responded and helped me with my problem. We have been associated now for 20+ years and I wouldn't think of having any one else as my PCP.
As I spend approximately 4 1/2 months away from home I have been able to contact my doctor about problems I've had while in Florida and he responds quickly. This eliminates the frustration of going to an Emergency Care Center realizing if I need to see a doctor here he will advise me to do so.

It has been 1 year since I joined Dr. Lisa Wong as an MDVIP affiliated doctor. My experience has provided access as well as a sense of security. I have adult-onset asthma, which kicks in when I catch a cold. Dr. Wong prescribed the necessary meds and treatments. Still didn't feel well at Christmas. Went to an urgent care facility, was treated with meds. I emailed Dr. Wong just to update her, not realizing that she was out of town for the holidays. She called me, made arrangements for me to get a chest x-ray at a nearby hospital. She went above and beyond what I ever expected.
