Yes, you may securely message your participating MDVIP-affiliated physician using the mobile app. Patients should not use messaging for medical emergencies or other urgent matters. If you haven’t heard from your physician in a reasonable amount of time, please call the office.

Yes. Once you have received your annual wellness services, the annual fee may generally be paid or reimbursed by flexible spending accounts (FSAs), medical savings accounts (MSAs), health reimbursement accounts (HRAs), and health savings accounts (HSAs). Your physician will provide you with a statement for your benefits administrator upon request when you receive your annual wellness program consultation or thereafter. Please note that the fee cannot be paid via a FSA debit or credit card but reimbursement may be sought through the FSA claim submission process.
