She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and earned her Doctor of Medicine from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Mount Carmel Health System in Grove City, Ohio. Dr. Sullivan is currently affiliated with Mount Carmel Health System and also offers telehealth appointments.
