MDVIP Officially Opens in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, with Dr. Kurt Dornan
WESTLAKE, Ohio — June 1, 2026 — Dr. Kurtis Dornan is pleased to announce the opening of his MDVIP-affiliated practice located at 24700 Center Ridge Road, Suite 370, Westlake, Ohio. His practice opening is MDVIP’s first in Cuyahoga County.
As a man of many talents, Dr. Dornan is focusing on one that means the most to him – helping patients achieve a picture of health through prevention and longevity-focused medicine.
Through MDVIP, Dr. Dornan maintains a smaller patient panel, allowing him to offer longer appointment times, same/next day availability, and the ability to reach him after hours and on weekends for urgent matters. Patients through MDVIP will receive the MDVIP Annual Wellness Program, a comprehensive yearly health assessment comprised of advanced screenings and tests that can help identify their risk factors and shape a tailored wellness plan. His MDVIP-affiliated practice welcomes patients of all ages and includes a family plan that extends his care to the children of adult patients.

Dr. Kurtis Dornan is a board-certified family physician with over 20 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences and completed his Family Medicine residency at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio.
Dr. Dornan provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with additional expertise in obstetrics and gynecology. He has relationships with both the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals of Cleveland.
