from Jim March 22, 2017 for John E. Yerg, MD, FCCP

Dr. Yerg is the very best! I will never forget the day when stress at my work place induced a panic attack that I thought was a heart attack. I was closer to Dr. Yerg's office than the hospital. He stayed with me on the phone until I arrived and he saw me right away. Fortunately everything turned out well.

Prior to joining Dr. Yerg's MDVIP practice my daughter was not satisfied with my prior internist. She felt that he didn't offer any value added or used his experience to advise on what was an important issue or not. He referred me to specialists routinely and automatically for everything which was difficult for my daughter since she had to take off work to take me all around town to… See more

At age 71 I can say Dr.John Yerg is the most competent and thorough primary physician I ever have had. My annual physical exam with him is the most thorough I have ever had; and he takes whatever time is necessary to discuss the results. I cannot express any higher praise for Dr.Yerg. If anyone I know was seeking a primary care physician I would encourage them to consider Dr. Yerg and MDVIP… See more

I am from Montana and Dr. Yerg is my country doctor in a Big city! He always
takes-makes time to see me no matter how busy his office is! He cares about me
as a patient and as a friend.

from Marcia in MD February 24, 2014 for John E. Yerg, MD, FCCP

Dr. Yerg saved my life. When I went to see him the first time, I had a months long case of bronchitis and asthma/COPD that was not being managed at all. In a relatively shott period of time, the bronchitis was cured and the COPD is being managed. I really appreciate his professional competence and kind manner. He is very accessible. I am so glad he is my physician.

from Wayne in MD February 10, 2014 for John E. Yerg, MD, FCCP

Dr. Yerg has been keeping me healthy for years by encourging me to lose weight, eat healthy, and exercise. He always takes the time to listen and has a great sense of humor. He calls me the next day with the blood test results, and always responds promptly if I send him an email. Dr Yerg closely monitors my glucose numbers to prevent diabetes, and last year insisted I get my cervical… See more

There have been two healthcare issues that stand out as contributing to my health and happiness among the many good aspects of the medical Dr. Yerg povides. First, he uncovered significant hypothyroidism that was causing me to be exceedingly tired and gain weight. I have a history of depression and had assumed that I was getting into trouble again, but when Dr. Yerg placed me on thyroid… See more
