About Irina Feldman, MD, FAAFM
I enjoy taking care of the whole family and providing education, support and personalized care for all ages. My areas of interest include preventive care, women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, anti-aging, functional medicine and neuroendocrine health as clinically appropriate. I have 15 years in primary care practice serving Ventura County, California, including the Conejo Valley, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Oxnard, Westlake Village, Agoura, Calabasas, Malibu and the surrounding areas.
I offer the MDVIP Wellness Program Plus, comprised of advanced diagnostic tests that can help identify risk factors. These include a screening developed with Cleveland HeartLab that offers unique inflammation testing, which can provide additional insight into cardiovascular risk. The Program also includes a brain health screening and a personalized medication management program to help make your medication use safer.
In my integrative, holistic approach, I utilize traditional and non-traditional functional medicine resources in an effort to better address my patients’ health and wellness goals. My smaller, MDVIP-affiliated practice offers conveniences, like same- or next- day appointments, which may be found in a concierge medicine practice. And you can receive friendly care from my wonderful staff with a more personalized touch, humor and background music.
I believe that an individual, family and social network, cultural and spiritual practices, stressors, genetics and environmental exposures all contribute to one’s state of health. I also believe it takes a close connection, communication and trust between a patient and a physician to help improve health outcomes. I have developed relationships with many specialists in the area, and I am affiliated with Los Robles Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Feldman is a one of a kind medical provider. I’ve been a patient of hers for almost a decade. Her office staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. They always go above and beyond. Claudia and Aria are very compassionate, professional, and Our real assets to the practice.I really respect and admire Dr. Feldman’s desire to always know about the most current technology, testing and studies. She is a great resource for referrals, specialists, and alternative medicine. Dr. Feldman really takes her time with patients, it is not uncommon for her to spend over an hour with me Dr. Feldman‘s bedside manner is warm and friendly, she is very easy to talk to. Her whole body approach to medicine is not the norm. She looks at and takes into account not just your physical well-being, but also mental well-being. As a bonus, she also makes me laugh. I wish there was a higher scale than five stars because that is what I would give her and all of her staff.

Dr. Feldman is the best. She takes the time needed to talk about medical issues you have, and listens carefully to my needs and concerns. She is very knowledgeable about traditional medicine and about alternative methods, such as supplements and mindfulness. I appreciate having had her as my doctor for many years, and for keeping me on track.

Moving with my wife from the East Coast to California meant new health insurance and new health professionals to help navigate through a laybrinth of medical issues. I was fortunate to have been directed to Dr. Feldman after hearing great reviews about her practice.
How surprised I was to find a doctor who goes far and beyond what I had grown to expect from medical professionals. She listened intently, studied my problems, and tackled every one of my health concerns. She also referred me to the best doctors to further pursue treatment for specific problems. She followed up with each and every one of them too!
I find that Dr. Feldman is knowledgeable, a problem solver, and very personable. She even phones me up after business hours to discuss test results or any other issue at hand.
Thanks to Dr. Feldman, I no longer shuffle my feet like a zombie; I can walk without a cane, and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Her staff is another bonus that comes with joining this practice; either Ariel or Claudia answers every one of my calls. And, they take care of all of my querries and needs with much grace and patients. This speaks volumes of a very well managed practice and one that I always look forward to visiting again.

Was a patient of Dr Feldman for a a few years and most visits left crying, being that I was a minor for the majority of my time as her patient I stayed for much longer than I should have. The last visit at her office she spoke down to me about my appearance and performed procedures I was not comfortable with. She would continually berate me for being vegan and would make remarks about how "fish don't count as animals so I can eat them". I had requested multiple times in the past that her office never contact me again due to the terrible experiences I've had there. When trying to get my own medical records they can only be forward to another physicians office otherwise there's a $35 fee- lol ok. The receptionist was incredibly rude and just really solidified that this is a terrible office.

But needs to learn the entire world is short staffed and it is not okay to be rude to others because a phone call can't be completed, during lunch when only one person is there to answer 5 lines.
Should really appreciate staff that shows up to any clinic either her own or others she may be referring to, as again the whole country is short staffed.

She treats you like a human - unlike most other so-called doctors who rush you through their "Production Line", so they can make more dollars per minute.
Dr Feldman also treats you conservatively, unlike others who immediately give you the latest drug samples the pharmacy salesman dropped off, and later prescribe more of the same.
After having been to many other "doctors" over several decades, I must say that Dr Irina Feldman has eclipsed them all.

I myself am not an actual patient, but my grandmother is, and she has complications remembering things like appointments, prescriptions & renewals, etc. However, I really appreciate the MA who helps her every time I bring her in. Maliyah is beyond polite, extremely thorough, and really patient with my grandmother when she goes on about something before getting to her actual point. She always gives her an extra heads up about upcoming things before and after her appointments; and for some elders, that’s a BIG help. A big thank you to Maliyah for being so amazing every time.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Feldman’s for over 7 years and I lost count of how many of my friends I referred to her over the years. Dr. Feldman’s ability to listen and then combine all the pieces of information to create a holistic approach to your health concerns is legendary. I have never met a more hardworking and hard-learning doctor. Dr. Feldman makes a point of keeping herself up-to-date on the latest research in her field to the great benefit of her patients. Dr. Feldman always makes you feel like you are her only patient. In times when “conveyor belt” experience is way too common in the health industry, it is a breath of fresh air to have a doctor with whom you never feel rushed. I cannot thank Dr. Feldman enough for everything that she has done for me and my family and recommend her highly to anyone who is in search of the best available care.

I've been Dr. Feldman's patient for the last 12 years. I have never met a more caring doctor who observes her patients holistically. She goes above and beyond in diagnosing the root of the illness rather than just treating the symptoms. From obgyn visits to more serious issues, she is thorough and has a great follow up. Dr. Feldman never prescribed drugs to me unless she felt I really needed them. Her philosophy of treating a whole person rather than a symptom has given me confidence that she has my back. I've referred my co-workers and my family to Dr. Feldman and everyone seemed happy to be treated by her. She makes sure that all my tests are sent to her for review; I have communicated with her through my portal as well. I have some chronic conditions so it is important to me that she compares my test results, remembers my history and pays attention to details. When a lot of people complain to me that their doctors spend more time typing notes during their appointments than looking at their patients, I always praise Dr. Feldman who takes the time to address my issues. I can't say enough good things about her.

I spent hundreds of dollars on tests for my daughter and never received any results. They wanted to repeat the extensive Bloodwork again at my expense, of course. And she was rude to my daughter. Not a good experience to say the least!

Dr. Feldman is a GREAT doctor. She really cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen. She also takes the time to figure out underlying health issues that may be causing symptoms and she is interested in solving underlying issues rather than just covering up symptoms with more meds. Which brings me to my next point. She believes in wholistic medicine and nutrition and she always strives to stay informed about new information coming out about disease prevention and health maintenance rather than just treating disease once it manifests. She even goes so far as to lead meditation seminars for her patients for free. She is great, great, GREAT! Love her!

Dr. Feldman has been my primary care doctor for two years now. She is highly professional, patient with great bed-side manners, fair with charges, and responsive. I had a thyroid storm back in April and Dr. Feldman was the first one I called right away.
She got me on her schedule promptly, arranged for an electrocardiogram test, and found and scheduled an appointment with an endocrinologist for me right on the spot. It saved me a very expensive trip to the emergency room and gave me a piece of mind that I am in great hands.
I cannot thank Dr. Feldman and her staff for everything they did for me and my family!

I have been a patient of Dr. Feldman since 2012 and have gotten excellent medical care during the past 4+ years. She spends more time with me during an appointment than any other primary medical doctor I have had. She is thorough, gives sound medical advice, and is a very good diagnostician. I like that she can offer alternate methods of therapy along with conventional ones. Dr. Feldman has a good office staff although personnel does change rather frequently. She is always friendly and comes into the exam room with a smile, which is nice. Dr. Feldman gets my top rating!

I've been seeing Dr Feldman for a couple years now. She personally spends more time with you during your visits discussing your health, habits, concerns, etc than any other doctor I've been to in the past. She listens very well and always gives you options, and she isn't one of those doctors who wants to jump to medication and follow ups for every little thing. I have appreciated her style very much and would recommend her to anyone else looking for a caring medical professional to work collaboratively with.

Dr. Feldman is the most caring, patient, efficient physician that I have ever met. She has been my physician for the past few years and I cannot say enough good things about her. If she doesn't know the answer she finds it. She treats her patients with every tool available, standard medicine or alternative. She is amazing, you would be lucky to have her. You don't feel like a number or a dollar when you are with her, you feel like a person.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan).
