Dr Herman picked up the phone while I was in his office during an exam and intervened with the other doctor on my behalf.
I was very impressed with Dr Herman's sense of urgency and his ability to to intervene for me as my advocate.
Dr. Herman is like a member of the family as my parents went to him and I have been going to him since he started his practice. He is gentle, kind, and has a great sense of humor.
