My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

As an Internist, I work for my patient to advance my patient's interests. My approach is to gain a thorough knowledge of my patient and my patient's health and use my training and experience to promote wellness in all respects. I act to restore and enhance my patient's physical and mental function to its maximum extent while paying careful attention to comfort and the patient's desires and circumstances, working together toward the best possible results. Despite the trials and tribulations of modern healthcare, I will always be my patient's advocate and explore and explain all the medical options available in a partnership designed to help them meet their needs and reach their goals.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Rose

from Joseph in VA April 5, 2024 for Leslie W. Rose III, MD, FACP

I have only been with Dr, Rose and Turner a short time. In that time I have had 2 reasons to call the practice. The staff was very helpful and the nurses are great. I was given an appointment the next day and the problems were solved. I am very pleased to be a part of this group.

Leslie rose III MD is the most dedicated doctor I have met. It’s not one memorable thing he has done. It’s all the things he has done and is still doing.
He is so intelligent if he doesn’t know exactly what’s wrong ( which is almost never) he knows which doctor is the best referral.
He also has the best nurse and staff
He absolutely cannot retire because his patients cannot… See more

from James Causey in VA February 20, 2014 for Leslie W. Rose III, MD, FACP

In the spring of 2013 I had open heart surgery for valve replacement. On each of the six day I was in intensive care, either Dr. Rose or Dr. Turner came to the hospital to check on my progress. They were the only medical people who I had known before. That daily visit from someone I knew was a great lift and something to look forward to. No charge was made for those visits since I was in the… See more
