My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

I believe that practicing medicine needs to include a partnership between the doctor and the patient. This partnership should be based on mutual trust and respect which is earned, not given. As an MDVIP-affiliated physician, I will have more time to develop the close relationships with my patients that is necessary for me to provide care. I will also have more time to review records, call other doctors involved in your care, help in arranging specialist appointments and perform comprehensive examinations. With me as your personal physician, we can work as a team and formulate a wellness plan that will help you achieve your health goals. There are no short cuts to being healthy and no simple formulas or “one-size-fits-all” approaches when it comes to the well-being of my patients. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.  My primary care practice provides care that can help make a happy, healthy future your reality. 

With 30 years of practicing internal medicine in the St. Petersburg/Tampa area, I have established relationships with many specialists to assist you with your unique needs. Along with internal medicine, my interests and experience are in cardiovascular health, diabetes, hypertension, geriatrics, neurology, pulmonology, GI and preventive health.
