Kenneth R. Barmach, MD

Dr. Barmach has been my Dr. since he started practicing . How he listens, discusses and explains and takes care is the same as so many years ago. I also like the fact that he has a sense of humor ( dry) as well. sometimes you need that . but, he is intuitive and listens and gets it. and very, very thorough. He gets back to me pretty much asap. the front desk is very helpful as well . and his assistant nurses won't let me weasel out of anything . i pretty much feel comfortable talking to Dr. Barmach about anything even emotional issues . I am very grateful for the great care. thank you.

Dr. Barmach literally SAVED MY LIFE! I had chest discomfort that the out-of-state ER doctor said was not heart-related. In addition to keeping a close watch on things as they evolved, when I got back home, Dr. Barmach said I should see a cardiologist in spite of what the ER doctor had determined. 1 year later, I've got a new heart valve and I feel 10 years younger. Thank you, Dr. Barmach!

I agree with all other reviews in that there is no one quite like Dr. Barmach! He was my Grandmother's, Mom and Dad's Dr and I trust his judgement. He's truly understanding to my individuality :). His Nurse (Alicia) is very sweet and accommodating; compassionate and caring. The support staff I have grown to know--including but not limited to Sheila and Shonte'-- are top notch professionals. I would highly recommend trusting your health care to Dr Barmach and staff.

Over the years, Dr. Barmach has consistently developed personalized plans specific to my health and welfare. He is super accommodating. I never feel rushed. I am extremely satisfied with the amount of time Dr. Barmach spends with me during my appointments; and his bedside manner is second to none.
I am able to get an appointment whenever I need one and once I arrive, the amount of wait time in the waiting area and waiting room is always minimal. From reception to the exam room, his support staff and nurses are always caring, professional, respectful and knowledgeable.
Whenever I need to speak with Dr. Barmach—be it during and/or after business hours—he is always easy to contact. He and his staff return calls promptly…

Dr. Kenneth Barmach has been my doctor for 35 years. He is caring and an excellent diagnostic physician. I owe it to Dr. Barmach for finding out that I had thyroid cancer in 1999. He also was my mother's doctor since he specialized in Geriatrics.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kenneth Barmach for more years than I can remember, and he is one of the most caring and competent doctors I have had the pleasure of having. He possesses all of the key skills a good physician should have: great patience; ability to work long hours, often under pressure; good practical skills; ability to solve problems;
effective decision-making skills; leadership and management skills;
communication skills; compassion and good bedside manner; drive to continue learning throughout his career; and excellent analytical ability.

His office staff (has the same “high-quality approach” regarding their job as Dr. Barmach. They will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that all of my concerns and issues are addressed.

Lastly, I have referred one of my best friends to Dr. Barmach, and he is quite satisfied with the excellent care (his words) that he is receiving. Therefore, I would recommend Dr. Barmach to anyone looking for a great doctor.

The following review regarding Dr. Barmach’s medical practice will echo my previous reviews in that I continue to be completely satisfied with him being my very competent doctor. What I especially like about him is his bedside manner which allows me to have plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. Also, if it becomes necessary, I am able to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment. Further, Dr. Barmach has an excellent staff that is highly knowledgeable and very personable. In summarizing my time seeing Dr. Barmach, which has been so many years I can’t remember, it’s been a truly great experience.

I have lost count of the number of positive reviews I’ve submitted regarding of Dr Kenneth Barmach and his practice. Also, I have run out of “glowing adjectives” l’ve used to describe my sentiments towards him. Therefore, I will simply say “It doesn’t get any better than Dr Kenneth R Barmach!”

Horrible doctor. Misdiagnosed my mother for 2 years. He said she had arthritis, when in fact it was cancer. We sued and won. He should not be able to practice medicine.

I have been with Dr Barmach for almost 40 years. I believe he has the bedside manner in that he is direct, communicative, caring and often funny, especially when I need it. There were a few times through the years when i woke up from surgery and he was right there. He didn't have to be, but he made it a point to be the first to follow up with me. He is the absolute best.

Very happy with Dr. Barmach- he took care of my mom and knows my quirks about medications etc- my only concern is as I get older and if hospitalized I would rather have a physician like Barmach who knows me and not a hospitalist. My biggest fear is his retirement
