My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Sir William Osler, the father of modern Medicine, once said, "The secret of caring for the patient is to care for the patient." No single sentence better describes the foundation of my practice as an MDVIP-affiliated physician. Caring requires having a physician with the the time to develop a trusting relationship, to focus on prevention when you are well and attend to your needs when you are sick. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, my staff and I take the time to provide the personalized, compassionate health care that we all deserve.

Drs Paull and Matthews are the most knowledgeable and caring physicians I've ever had. They also take their time to thoroughly listen to what you are saying. I immediately feel comfortable knowing they'll check everything for a physical and are there for me in the middle of the night if I feel ill and need help... I have their home cell phones so, on one particular occasion, I became… See more

Dr. Paul has been an excellent doctor for me the past 12 years. He most certainly truly cares. He has been involved with saving my life more than once as I have a disorder called Marfan syndrome. Many major surgeries have been performed on me under his care. I love that man.

from Malcolm in AZ March 19, 2020 for Dana M. Paull, MD

It was 7:00 PM when I returned home to find my wife unable to speak or to walk; her eyes were dilated, and her face was contorted. I assumed she was having a stroke. Dr. Dana Paul had given me his cell phone number years before as a "just in case" measure, and, fortunately for us, Dr. Paull answered my after- hours call that night. Without hesitation he instructed me how to… See more

Thanks to Dr Dana Paull , at 83 I am in excellent health. His attention to detail and his up-to-date knowledge are amazing. He has been my doctor for several years and has seen me through several medical problems including prostrate cancer and a kidney stone. With his care they were diagnosed early and resolved. I hope he remains in practice until I'm 100.

I’ve never experienced a doctor who is so caring and thoughtful. It’s so good to feel that no matter what the problem is, he will find a solution.I never feel rushed, which in this day and age, is rare.

So thankful for Dr. Paull!

from Christine in AZ March 12, 2020 for Dana M. Paull, MD

Dr. Paull has been my doctor for several decades. He has seen me at my best and at my worst. He has a calm gentle manor that immediately makes you feel better no matter how sick you are. Recently, I have been having some heart issues. If it had not been for Dr. Paull, I don't think I would have been given the proper diagnosis . He persevered until he finally got some answers. His… See more

from Walter and Beatrice in AZ March 10, 2020 for Dana M. Paull, MD

We have been patients of Dr. Paull since early 2011! We do not have a "Single" Outstanding Experience to share--he became our PC Physician as we were in mid 70's and had some significant medical issues. Over the ensuing years Dr. Paull has proven himself to be the most compassionate, caring physician we have been known our entire lives. Dr. Paull is a wonderful listener,… See more

from Lois in AZ March 10, 2020 for Dana M. Paull, MD

Dr. Dana Paull kept my husband alive when other doctors would have just thrown up their hands. My husband had many, many serious
medical problems. Dr. Paull treated each one as a challenge. My husband (now deceased) and I have always had the best medical care from Dr. Paull.
I had brain surgery 7 years ago and Dr. Paull was with me through all of it.
A great, caring… See more
