About Natalia Anchipolovsky, DO
I chose to practice medicine because I believe deeply in the power of caring for people as whole human beings. I come from a family of doctors—my mother was an internal medicine physician—and from a young age, I saw how meaningful the doctor patient relationship could be. I watched her listen, care for and guide her patients through difficult moments, and I knew I wanted to do the same. I want to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them understand their bodies and feel supported in their care.
Endocrinology became my specialty because it requires unique analytic skills and a deep understanding of how the body works as a complete system. Hormones may come from small glands, but they influence nearly every function of the body. I find it fascinating how interconnected everything is—how the thyroid, pancreas, adrenal glands, heart, kidneys, and brain all communicate with one another. That intellectual challenge is something I truly love.
I am a private practice endocrinologist in Hackensack, NJ, who’s been practicing medicine for over 30 years. My philosophy of patient care is simple: I do not care for organs, I care for people. I believe a patient is not just a thyroid, or a glucose number or a lab result. Every system affects another, and every patient brings their own history, lifestyle, goals and concerns. When I sit with a patient, my goal is to listen attentively to how they say their body works and how their health concerns may fit into their broader life.
Education is central to endocrinology. I believe patients who have diabetes, hormonal imbalances, obesity or metabolic conditions need far more than a prescription—they desire greater understanding. They want to know what their condition means, how their daily choices affect their health, and why certain recommendations matter. I find that health and healing can happen when patients feel informed and empowered, not rushed or not heard. That kind of care requires time, conversation and follow up.
For me, practicing medicine means having more time to listen, teach and support patients as they work to prevent problems before serious conditions may arise. My endocrinology practice is not about quick answers; rather, it is about guidance, partnership and long term relationships. My goal is always to help patients feel heard, educated and more confident in their care.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
