MDVIP Ambassador Erin DeVivo

Erin DeVivo, who works for MDVIP affiliate Dr. Nami Khulusi in Eatontown, NJ, is an MDVIP Ambassador for going above and beyond the call of duty and making her patients feel welcome, valued and loved.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nami Khulusi for many years and a member of the MDVIP organization since Dr. Khulusi joined the membership. I would like to offer my most sincere thanks for the professionalism and care of his staff, especially Erin DeVivo. I also appreciate Jessica Lange, and Jessica Dickenman. I have been through a series of both spinal operations, a serious bout with cellulitis, and more. Together and separately, they insured timely visits with Dr. Khulusi, dealt with the myriad of prescription needs, and always made me feel like a family member when visiting the office. They routinely dealt with other specialists in the orthopedic, pain management, and coronary care doctors that I periodically attend. Any issues in coordination and with both Medicare and supplementary care from Mutual of Omaha.

Erin and her staff go way beyond what you would even expect from MDVP. They are always friendly, courteous and compassionate. When I have a medical visit, they make me feel like a member of the family. Erin is always available for questions and miraculously addresses insurance or billing issues immediately. I can whole heartedly recommend this office to anyone seeking medical services in a living room family style environment with an expert doctor. When I first met Erin, I realized she was an A+ office manager. Always in control and always so conscientious of each and every patient. She treats the office like her home and each patient like a member of her family. Dr, Khulusi's office runs like clockwork because of Erin. She has the respect of both medical assistants, Dr. Khulusi and most importantly, the patients who come in for checkups and sick visits.
