Dr. Russell listens carefully when I express when I comment on symptoms or express concerns about my medical attention. His replies are are considered and through. This is who he is, even before joining MDVIP he was the same.
One of my memorable contacts was a phone call to me at 8PM on a Friday as he was following up on getting a desired medication to be covered by my insurance. Or answering the phone on his way to the airport for an overseas flight.
After listening to horror stories from relatives concerning the ability to see their doctor the peace of mind from Dr. Russell/MDVIP is as good as it gets.
