I was referred to Dr. Kagan, by a friend who kept raving about him. I finally decided to go to him myself an had to concur with my friend, Dr. Kagan is great.
He is very knowledgeable and treats his patients like people not a number. He is personable and caring. The best thing I have done for myself was to make him my main doctor.
