Caring Person

Our wonderful Dr. Striegel, here in Ocean Springs, MS is a caring person. We love him. He gives his patients a wonderful party every 5 years to celebrate in splashy fashion in a local resort. We meet and greet each other with a great evening of food and drinks. This year we had a buffet and drinks bar that was a real killer presentation!!!! The locale had a view of the bayou that was stunning. His care of each of us is appreciated. I realized that when he came to our home to care for my husband when he was so ill before his death. He was dying from Agent Orange. He asked me what my husband enjoyed most, I replied that he enjoyed having a martinee on the back porch in the evening as he watched the news. Dr Striegel replied, "Give him a double". My husband loved that Dr.'s order. It was a very hard time and I love to remember his smile as he sipped his medicine!!!
