When I first went to Dr spedale I weight 242 pounds my diabetes is out of control and no special diets or anything I seem to do helped after almost six years I've lost 50 lb just by following his directions and doing what he's asked me to and I am a lot better than I was was and I hope he never quits practice as long as I'm alive and I'll never quit him thank you doctor spedale
