Dr. Cindy Lee - one of the best MDs on the Monterey Peninsula!

Hi, this October 2020, I will be celebrating 12 years as a Stage 3 Metastatic Ovarian Cancer survivor! I have my oncologist and Dr. Cindy Lee to thank for this! I love being an MDVIP member and patient. I was also hospitalized one point for a pulmonary embolism. I am BRCA 2 positive and I also have a history of asthma; Hypertension, and upper respiratory infections. Because I am in the high risk group due to my maternal family history of cancer as well as my own medical history, I really appreciate having the ability to make contact with Dr. Cindy Lee whenever I have been sick and have needed her medical advice about my health issues. She always makes contact with me back in a timely manner and has me come into the office as needed to be medically evaluated for whatever medical issues come up for me. Not only does she help me manage my medical issues but she treats the whole person; helping me to determine what I can do, exercise; eating healthy etc, to boost my over all general health and acquire more healthy habits that will help to improve my quality of life! Dr. Cindy Lee was my father’s PMD as well, and when he died suddenly of a PE/DVT at his home. My step mother and I notified her of his death. Dr. Cindy Lee took the time needed to talk to both my step mom and I. She did not rush us off the phone. I will never forget what a loving and calm presence she was for my step mom and I who were in total shock over his death and grieving hard. There are so many stories and so many more wonderful things I could say about this amazing doctor! I will end though by just saying that I love her dearly and feel so blessed to her as my MDVIP PMD! She ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
