Two months ago I turned 84 and a year and a half ago I became a widow. With those daunting statistics onboard, I went in to see my wonderful internist, Dr Flavia Golden, who, after some standardized tests, told me that I haven’t told my body how old I am!! That wonderful message has carried me forward with energy and humor!
