Dr. Pennington is the best. I want him to never retire. And I could move out of the Bethesda area unless he moves his office to my next city. No matter whether it is "routine" preventive maintenance visits or emergency requests, Dr. Pennington is totally on top of things. His knowledge is amazing...his kindness is ever-present....he is a mystery-solver.... He treats me with respect....No wonder my sister, Mother and I chose him. Thank you, Dr. Pennington.
