Dr staff and wellness appointment not meeting my needs

Today I spoke with Denise at dr Rizzo office about refilling my prescription. She was very nasty and not compassionate about dealing with my renewal. I also had a wellness check scheduled a few weeks ago for my wellness check and it was canceled because the machines are not working. This situation has not been resolved.
