Elevated TSH

I was taking Amiodarone for atrial fib. When doing my annual wellness exam, Dr Hamaker realized it was causing my TSH to be significantly elevated. He immediately called my cardiologist who stopped the medication. He has been regularly checking my TSH to be sure it is coming down. I am so grateful for his skill and care to recognize this and to respond so quickly.
