A Good Retirement Investment

Dr. Blizzard was our physician for several years before he joined MDVIP. Despite the cost of more than $1,600 annually for each of us to continue to receive his services, we immediately enrolled. Our friends wait 2-3 weeks to see a lottery-pick physician in a local clinic and we wait less than 24 hours to see Dr. Blizzard. We get a quarterly exam, with blood work, that compares to what our friends get annually, and then, only if they insist on a comprehensive review. Having a physician who remembers who you are, remembers your health history, remembers your last lab work, etc. is priceless. We are in our mid 70s and we depend upon timely advice to stay healthy. He is aggressive with respect to conditions beyond his expertise. We have been referred to urologists, gastroenterologists, plastic surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, cardiac specialists and others who have served us well (thank you Medicare and BC/BS). With a workable new hip, successful wrist surgery, a Watchman heart implant to prevent clots, cancer eradication from our faces, and so forth, we look forward to tomorrow with a positive outlook on our longevity. $3,200 annually is a pittance compared to an undiagnosed, life threatening condition. We are retired scientists and our opinions expressed above are seated in an appreciation for an informed medical provider.
