In August of 2017 my partner, Bob, suffered a major stroke. This stroke has disabled him indefinitely. After leaving the rehab hospital in October I turned to Dr. Velazquez for help. He has gone beyond expectations in helping with disability qualifications and everything else thats been needed. In this stressful period he has helped me maintain my own health and is always there in a moments notice. Great doctor!
