He Believed Me

When I first met Dr. Aslami, I had been sick on and off for a few months. He was my husband’s doctor, and that’s how I got the appointment. I felt absolutely awful, and the nurse kept trying to ask where it hurt, and I said everywhere! She said, “You can’t hurt everywhere!” At that moment Dr. Aslami walked in and took one look at me and said, “You don’t feel well at all, do you?” I began to cry because that’s what I needed in that moment. Someone to just look at me and know I felt awful. At that moment I fell in love with Dr. Aslami, and we have been together ever since! It’s been over 10 years now, and I trust him with absolutely everything! He knows me, my children, my husband, my granddaughter, and cares about us all! In fact, just the other night my granddaughter was rushed to the ER in California and I texted Dr. Aslami to let him know her vitals and ask his advice! Of course he replied and helped keep me calm and told me what he would recommend, and I relayed that to my son and daughter-in-law because there’s no one else I trust more than Dr. Aslami! He’s my doctor, but more importantly, I feel like he’s my friend! I feel like if I’m sick, he will move mountains to find out why. I feel like I’m very important to him, even though he has so many other patients. He takes time with me every appointment and never rushes me. I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found Dr. Aslami to be my doctor. He amazing, he’s smart, he’s caring, he’s empathetic and in my opinion, he’s definitely one of the best doctors out there!
