He Listens

Too many doctors have regrettably gained a reputation for being dismissive towards their female patients. Dr. Koval is not among this group. When I meet with Dr. Koval, I strive to choose my words carefully and to communicate with clarity because he listens. He listens.

I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Koval as my primary physician. He is patient, kind and again, a terrific listener. When I once called the office in a tizzy over notes in the online record, he returned my frantic call and calmly explained/interpreted the notes. Furthermore, he has a wonderful supportive and efficient staff who have consistently responded to any calls or emails.

I credit Dr. Koval among the factors for my having a wonderful life!
