My husband and I were patients of Dr Campbell for a number of years when he decided to become an MDVIP practice. We were offered the opportunity to join the new smaller practice. We felt we couldn’t afford the annual fee so we didn’t accept. Soon the practice was full. We had heard of a new doctor who was highly recommended so we became new patients. My sister joined us at the same time since her doctor had just retired. This doctor was very good but we were having a terrible time getting appointments. When we did get to see her I felt I was being very rushed. The office staff seemed constantly confused and communicating was difficult. After a year of this frustration, and aggravation we were pretty disappointed. The three of us decided that at our ages it was important to be able to see our doctor in a timely manner. When we tried to get accepted into Dr Campbell’s practice it was essentially full. But fortunately as former patients we were accepted, and even my sister was able to join with us. My best memorable moment was when I came back for my first appointment and DrCampbell gave me a big welcoming hug. Home at last. We now had a definitive picture of the difference that an MDVIP practice can make! I actually feel like Dr Campbell is on call for us. He sees us when we need to be seen. He takes time with us. He researches mysterious symptoms. He follows up in the evening with various reports and results. He always goes the extra mile. The office staff are knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and helpful. We have found that we couldn’t afford NOT to come back home and feel really cared for! Thank you Dr Campbell.
