I became a patient with Dr. Carver around 1990, His practice grew from a small one to a very large practice. It was not unusual to have to wait an hour in the waiting room and an additional 30 minutes once in the patient room to see him. His staff seemed to be under stress and over burdened all the time.
Since joining MDVIP, I rarely have to wait in the waiting room, in fact his staff is usually ready for me when I arrive. They seem to be much more organized and in a happy workplace. It is very relaxed and cheerful in his office. When I see Dr. Carver, he is always very thorough and patient. I feel like my healthcare has changed from totally initiated by me to a proactive system of maintenance that is managed by a professional group.
