During conversations with friends about health issues/health care, I listen sympathetically at their complaints about waiting times of 30 days or more to see their PCP and/or specialists to whom they have been referred. I'm delighted that is not my experience. I can reach Dr Louis Malinow via phone and/or email and his response is prompt, thorough and he knows who I am! If an office visit is indicated, it is scheduled without delay and his competence as a physician is consistently superior.
