I have a very active, enjoyable life.

I am 84 and continue to have a pretty active physical life with mental accomplishments as well. This includes working on my 430 acre farm, removing unwanted trees etc., as well as helping grow construction companies as a consultant. This combined with never getting bored, depressed, lonely, or seldom ill, nor feeling sorry for myself, but rather feeling that I am blessed to an extreme extent.

I believe Dr. Beck has a hand in all of this!
