I'm comfortable and heard

I love the fact with my Doc, Dr. Crystal Young-Wilson, I feel comfortable enough to be completely honest with her and there is no judgement and most of all I know I'm heard and she shows how she's listening by repeating what she heard to make sure we're on the same page and this is very important to me.
