With Me When I Needed It the Most

I’ve been very happy with Scott Hammer as my primary cate physician for the past five years, but never more so than when I was admitted to a hospital for the treatment of pancreatitis. It was a difficult hospital stay, but Dr. Hammer was with me via phone and text throughout. He even shared some test results with me before hospital staff did and then he coordinated my post-hospitalization care through two gastroenterologists. In the end his initial conclusion on the cause of the pancreatitis was confirmed.
