More than a Doctor

We relocated from Philadelphia to Dover in 2009. We had to change doctors per our medical plan so my brother in law recommended Dr. Barnes of the SDMG.
A couple of years later my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. He shared the info with us and my heart sank The doctor did something I never experienced before in a doctor's examination room. He took our hands and prayed with us.
I will always be grateful for the humanity and kindness he displayed.
When he changed over to MDVIP I was determined to keep him as my physician.
