My Family

This started with Dr Guteritus “Retired”and Chape Hill Family Medicine. Dr Guteritus and Staff” Kelly” saved my live. Will not go into that because this story is about CHFM the staff Kelly and the nurses After the life saving event I was feeling great/ loss some weight and just became complacent. Although I was still a member of MDVIP I did not visit for several years. Dr Lambert took over for Dr Guteritus, and Kelly would send e updates on our new Dr. The practice and the importance of getting y yearly prevention Phycial.. I finally returned to find my diabetes was way off. Dr Lambert changed meds , and provided inspiration to start exercising again. I now visit twice a year, back with a cardiologist, and Dermatologist ( long history of sin cancer) . Without Kelly and the staff, and the care of Dr Lambert, not sure where I would be but I know my health would not be as good as it is today. So to Dr Lambert, Kelly and the staff of CHFM thank you.
