Recognizing Excellence

I have been a patient of Dr. Malak Isaac for over a year and cannot heap enough praise on him and his staff. He is a highly skilled diagnostician who is able to look at multiple complicated conditions and identify the root cause of a problem rather than simply focusing on a symptom. He listens carefully and provides options for treatment, whether it be a follow-up with a specialist or a particular medication that has not been prescribed previously. I recently completed a 14-day regimen of antibiotics for an issue which had been unsuccessfully resolved by specialists. The antibiotics worked very well and my life is back to normal. He is particularly good with senior citizens who often require that extra study be done to address an ailment. He is responsive, available and eager to help, often spending hours researching conditions and possible solutions. His empathetic approach is one of his key attributes as he takes time to listen to patients and work through issues with them. Like Dr. Isaac, his staff is well-trained, patient-oriented, kind, attentive and helpful. Dr. Isaac and his staff are, by far, among the best I have seen.
