Responsive and professional

I had only recently signed up with my doctor and I had a medical issue which was concerning and occurred on a Saturday afternoon. Normally I would be highly reluctant to contact anyone on their weekend off but I had been told that I should contact my doctor if there was a concerning situation and so I called his number. I left a message. I got a call back within 30 minutes and had a detailed conversation (there was no rush to conclude the conversation) to diagnose the issue, which was achieved, and a medication was all that was needed, and it was immediately sent through to the pharmacy. It confirmed that I had made the right decision to register with this doctor, I have been totally pleased with not only my doctor but with the highly attentive, professional and responsive team he has in his office.
