Its been 12 years, but Ill never forgot how kind you were to Tommy. I could see in your face; in your eyes, that you really cared. He (and our family) were comforted by your kindness as well as your skills as a doctor. It was then that I decided that I wanted to be in your care.
You have never let me down. You never hurry my appointments; you spend all the time I need, listening and providing me with excellent care. Thank you for the excellent care you have given to members of my family.
