Accountability, Trust, and Knowledge

My husband and I both love Dr. Monaco. He helped me loose30 pounds and just by allowing me to send him emails every week with my progress or my not so progress. The accountability I had to have to tell him about my successes and failures did wonders to help me to my goal. He was always supportive and encouraging even when I had failed.
It helps also that I trust his knowledge and expertise. I too am in healthcare so we can have discussions that are relevant and interesting.
Again my husband and I just love that he is always interested in what we have to say, he is patient and answers our questions, and basically is always there for us when we need him. That’s why we love him.
