Dr Alaestante is available 24/7-on text, phone, or in person. He’s prompt in sharing lab results, recommending and getting appointments with appropriate doctors, consult online, and make time for in office visit in an emergency. Dr Alaestante takes time to listen patiently, answers my ‘zillion’ questions that too with a smile (!), and doles out easy to follow choices.
He got me on physiotherapy after arranging for MRI’s for Knee Meniscus, got me in touch with Orthopedic Surgeon, which got me walking and leasing a ‘normal’ life.
My trampoline fall was a disaster but with Dr Alaestanante’s quick handling, I’m back on track 😊🙌.
He has an amazing staff that reaches out and is very helpful.
