She is responsive and communicates just the right amount. However, MDVIP has made communicating to their website obsolete for my older MAC/OS and Chrome browser. Most older patients do not change systems and software as they reach into there 70s. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WEBSITE SUPPORT!
