MDVIP Doctor Spencer Phillips had always had 'family" medical care in his practice. In May of 2021 I had a slight stroke, so mild, that I was released after one day ; but the night I went to the City Hospital, Dr. Phillips appeared in the ER to sit with me, while I waited to be attended to. He had been at his church's worship service, when he received news of my going to the hospital. His act of caring that night will always be remembered gratefully by me.
