Exceeds Expectations

After having a chest x-ray late in the week, not expecting to hear until the following week, I get a call from Dr. Bowers late Friday afternoon with the results. She didn't want me to go through the weekend wondering... I hear so many people complain about their doctors offices not getting back to them... Not an experience I ever had with Dr. Bowers or her office.. Loved her from that day forward. She has a way of explaining everything so you understand, she cares and you feel that. I feel very grateful to be a patient of Dr. Bowers.
